AppDevGlobal provides web development, mobile app development, SPA development, and landing page design services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon in a written contract before work begins.
Payment terms are outlined in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Prices listed on the website are starting prices — final pricing depends on project scope.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the project deliverables. AppDevGlobal retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access to required systems. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect the project timeline.
AppDevGlobal's liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We treat all client project information as confidential. We sign NDAs upon request before any project discussions involving sensitive business information.
